Workshop Descriptions
Workshop 1
Pink Washing 11h00 – 13h00
The term pinkwashing is a combination of the words pink for the colour pink and whitewashing. It refers to corporate strategies that are intended to publicly project a tolerant and open-minded image towards the LGBTQ+ movement.
The crux of the matter is that not only companies, but also political campaigns or entire countries can use pinkwashing as a marketing tool, for example by advocating equal rights for sexual and gender minorities – while concealing the real situation. In doing so, the brand publicly acknowledges the issue, but does not actively support equality organisations.
In this interactive workshop you will learn what pink washing exactly is, where it occurs, how to recognise it and how to take action against it.
Pink Washing 11h00 – 13h00
Der Begriff Pinkwashing setzt sich aus den englischen Wörtern pink für die Farbe Rosa und whitewashing für Schönfärberei oder Beschönigen zusammen. Gemeint sind unternehmerische Strategien, die öffentlich ein tolerantes und weltoffenes Bild gegenüber der LGBTQ+ Bewegung bewirken sollen.
Der Knackpunkt: Nicht nur Unternehmen, auch politische Kampagnen oder ganze Staaten können Pinkwashing als Marketinginstrument nutzen, in dem diese zum Beispiel die Gleichberechtigung von sexuellen und geschlechtlichen Minderheiten befürworten – und dabei die reale Situation verschleiern. Dabei bekennt sich die Marke zwar öffentlich zum Thema, unterstützt aber aktiv keine Organisationen zur Gleichberechtigung.
In diesem interaktiven Workshop lernt ihr was Pink Washing genau ist, wo es vorkommt, wie man es erkennen kann und wie man dagegen vorgeht.
Workshop 2
Consensus Workshop 14h00 – 18h00
Consensus is more than a method. Consensus culture is the attempt to create an atmosphere of togetherness in which it is possible for those involved to stand up for themselves well and to be sympathetic to the needs and wishes of others. The goal is to create an atmosphere in which people feel free and safe and in which trust creates sustainable social structures in the long term. Ultimately, decisions can be made faster and better for the good of the people involved and the cause. Work processes become more effective because there is less friction and the satisfaction of those involved increases.
Konsens Workshop 14h00 – 18h00
Konsens ist mehr als eine Methode. Konsenskultur ist der Versuch, ein Miteinander zu schaffen, in der es den Beteiligten möglich ist, gut für sich einzustehen und sich auf die Bedürfnisse und Wünsche der anderen wohlwollend einzulassen. Das Ziel ist, eine Atmosphäre herzustellen, in der Menschen sich frei und sicher fühlen und durch Vertrauen langfristig tragfähige soziale Strukturen entstehen. Letztendlich können so auch Entscheidungen schneller und besser zum Wohle der Beteiligten und der Sache getroffen werden. Arbeitsprozesse werden effektiver, weil es zu weniger Reibungsverlusten kommt und die Zufriedenheit der Beteiligten steigt.
Workshop 3
Cuddle party 18h30 – 20h30
A cuddle party is a space in which touching is exclusively non-intentional. We limit ourselves to non-erotic touching, i.e. stroking, crawling, kneading, holding, cuddling, etc. These rules allow everyone to feel safe, and gender plays a subordinate role. The focus is on the oxytocin rush! At the beginning we will warm up and get to know each other with some fun little exercises.
Then we will practice feeling our boundaries and saying yes and no to the other person.
We will then plan some relaxed exercises where we pamper each other with touch.
Now we have a little break with nibbles. You are also welcome to bring something for the snack bar.
The last part will be free cuddling, where we will make a big cuddle pile.
Kuschelparty 18h30 – 20h30
Eine Kuschelparty ist ein Raum, in dem ausschließlich absichtslos berührt wird. Dabei beschränken wir uns auf nicht-erotische Berührungen, also Streicheln, Kraulen, Kneten, Halten, Knuddeln usw. Durch diese Regeln kann jeder sich sicher fühlen, und das Geschlecht spielt eine untergeordnete Rolle. Im Fokus liegt der Oxytocinrausch! Zu Beginn werden wir uns mit ein paar kleinen lustigen Übungen aufwärmen und kennenlernen.
Dann üben wir unsere Grenzen zu fühlen, und dem Gegenüber Ja und Nein zu entgegnen.
Wir planen dann ein paar entspannte Übungen ein, wo wir uns gegenseitig mit Berührungen verwöhnen.
Nun gibt es eine kleine Pause mit Knabbereien. Du kannst auch gern etwas für die Knabbertheke mitbringen.
Im letzten Teil gibt es das freie Kuscheln, wo wir einen großen Kuschelhaufen machen werden.
